Driftless Elite is the professional entity of the team, our highest level of competition. Designed for athletes who are striving for excellence as a team and individually, and are committed to excelling at regional and national levels, this program emphasizes: - High performance training - Advanced skill development & execution - Top tier competition and exposure to elite coaching/professional training and race environments Elite athletes are challenged daily through intense practices and new levels of competitive exposure. Their focus is on both performance and accountability with expectations of commitment, discipline, and growth to prepare the athletes for competition against the best.
Driftless Emerging Elite bridges the gap between development & top-tier competition, still allowing for high-performance levels. Comprised mostly of post-collegiate athletes with unfinished business, this group encompasses: - Skill building & refinement with increased intensity, pushing beyond foundational skills - Competitive growth and confidence building - Preparation for elite-level expectations - Long-term athlete development Emerging Elite athletes are committed to improvement through continued growth and learning. They will be challenged but supported while creating a pathway toward becoming a member of the Elite team.
Driftless Club is the foundation of our program, an inclusive community of 35+ runners ranging from first time 5Kers to seasoned marathoners. This level incldues: - Fundamental skill development within a positive & encouraging environment - Enjoyment and passion for the sport - Teamwork and sportsmanship - Building confidence by creating a strong base for future advancements Driftless Club values creating an inclusive team environment where athletes can pursue their goals together, but still improve and grow at their own rates.
