Parker has expertise in the disciplines of cross country, road & trail racing, ultramarathon, and triathlon. His coaching philosophy revolves around love, trust, & communication. He follows an evidence-based approach to training.
 
Working under UW-La Crosse coaches Nathan Petesch and Derek Stanley, Parker helped coach the Eagles to 4 national titles. He is currently an assistant coach for UW-Stout in Menomonee WI.
